The 2008 Fundraising Effectiveness Survey Report

The Urban Institute’s Center on Nonprofits and Philanthropy in collaboration with the Association of Fundraising Professionals, and with five additional project sponsors, coordinated the Fundraising Effectiveness Project which engaged 13 software firms to provide data on nonprofit fundraising growth. By the end of 2008, over 1,800 organizations completed surveys. The 2008 Fundraising Effectiveness Survey Report reveals patterns that can help improve nonprofit fundraising.
