ADMISSION PROCEDURES

Graduate Admissions

The Department of Public Administration offers a completely online Master of Nonprofit Management (MNM) as well as a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management, also completely online.

To be considered for admission, the following documents must be submitted:

  • Undergraduate transcripts showing a grade point average (GPA) equivalency of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale, and
  • Graduate transcripts (if another graduate degree in a related field has been completed, and
  • Resume (must be uploaded to your application), and
  • Statement explaining your interest in the MNM program, and describing your future goals in nonprofit management, and
  • Three letters of recommendation from the professors or professional individuals

The GRE is no longer a requirement for application.

All supporting documentation must be on file with UCF by the posted application deadline date.

Admission to the Graduate Certificate program is completion of a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited educational institution.

Undergraduate Admissions

The department offers a minor in Nonprofit Management/American Humanics Certification and an undergraduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management. A student must be in a degree-seeking program to apply for either the minor or the certificate.
