Lakhani, Nasrin, Coordinator Academic Services, UCF School of Public Administration

Being able to acquire an advance degree online was a huge motivator for me to embark on my Master of Nonprofit Management degree. While in the MNM program, I worked with many local nonprofits and acquired hands-on experience through Service Learning projects incorporated in the curriculum. The best of my nonprofit sector experience was from working as a Graduate Analyst at the UCF’s Center for Public and Nonprofit Management where I assisted with all aspects of the Strengthening Communities in Central Florida project. I am currently the coordinator of Academic Services at School of Public Administration, UCF, responsible for Nonprofit and Research Administration Programs. It feels great to be able to share my experiences with students needing direction.

Ruff, Sandra, Coordinator, University of Central Florida

My interest in the Nonprofit sector was inspired by working for UCF. I am involved with Turning 22, a facility for adults with learning disabilities to enjoy and continue learning. Through my education, I was able to steer and counsel the founder's through development to making this organization a reality. I am proud to be a M.N.M. Alumni and represent this great University.
